DELIVERY, RETURNS & FRAMING
All artwork on our website is sold unframed at the price listed.
Delivery and Collection
We aim to dispatch unframed orders within one week. If you need your artwork by a specific date, please contact us.
You can also collect your artwork from our Cambridge studio. Collections are available by appointment only.
UK Delivery
All orders are fully insured and sent at the risk of the YEOMAN GALLERY. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
UK delivery is free for unframed work on paper that can be rolled and sent in protective tubes. Where unframed artwork cannot be rolled (such as large pieces on board), we calculate shipping costs on a case-by-case basis.
For framed work, we calculate delivery costs individually and will contact you to make the arrangements.
International Orders
Delivery outside the UK for unframed work costs £80.
You may be required to pay import taxes or fees in your country. Your local customs office or government website will provide this information. Unfortunately, we cannot determine these costs in advance.
Returns
If you are unhappy with a purchase made through the website, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a return and refund. Work will only be accepted for return if we are contacted within 14 days of your receipt of the item. Items must be returned via a secure and insured service at your expense.
Framing
We offer high-quality framing with archival materials. Contact us to discuss your options.
Framing may take up to 6 weeks from the date of purchase. If you require a faster turnaround, please contact us to discuss this.
